Your rights and permitted uses

Only upload or broadcast material you have permission or another legal basis to use. This includes background music in livestreams, product photographs, video clips, artwork and software. Naming the creator or buying a copy does not automatically grant redistribution rights. Lawful exceptions, licences, quotation and other permitted uses must be considered when assessing a complaint.

Send a copyright notice

Email help@vybez.uk with “Copyright notice” and include:

You may include multiple precise locations. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal documents. If a required detail is unavailable, explain why rather than abandoning a genuine complaint.

Review, removal and response

We assess notices promptly, seek clarification where necessary and remove or restrict material where warranted. Serious or repeated infringement may lead to account restrictions or termination. We may preserve limited evidence for legal purposes. A notice does not automatically establish infringement.

Where lawful, we inform the affected user of the substance of the complaint and the action taken, avoiding unnecessary disclosure of personal contact details. If your content was removed incorrectly, reply with the reference, original location and evidence of ownership, a licence, an exception or mistaken identification. We review that response and explain the outcome. Material may be restored where justified and lawful. Appeals and court remedies remain available. Deliberately false notices or responses may have legal consequences.

UK process and US DMCA

This is a UK copyright reporting process; calling a page “DMCA” does not itself establish US safe-harbour eligibility. Vybez does not claim a registered US designated agent or automatic DMCA safe harbour.

If US Section 512 procedures are adopted, the operator must designate and register an agent, publish the agent’s details, implement the statutory notice and counter-notice process and a reasonable repeat-infringer policy, and meet the other applicable conditions. A US counter-notice can carry sworn statements, jurisdiction and service consequences; do not treat an ordinary UK appeal as one. Any statutory US restoration timetable must be applied only to a valid applicable process.

For trade-mark or other IP complaints, use the same email and identify the specific right and disputed use.
