Vybez is a trading name, not a separate incorporated company. The operator is responsible for the Vybez platform. Individual marketplace sellers remain responsible for their own sale contracts and statutory disclosures, as explained in the Terms and Marketplace & Payments Policy.

Vybez’s iOS app is currently in testing. This notice does not represent FCA authorisation, Apple approval, or certification by another regulator.

Use help@vybez.uk for general support and legal correspondence. Start the subject with “Support”, “Safety report”, “Copyright notice”, “Privacy request” or “Legal complaint” to describe your request. No special subject line is required to exercise your legal rights. Do not send passwords, payment security codes, recovery phrases or unnecessary identity documents.
