VYBEZ / TRUST & INFORMATION
Vybez App Support
Help with your account, the community, purchases and the iOS test app.
Contact support
Email help@vybez.uk. Include your Vybez username, the feature affected, approximate time of the issue, device model, operating-system version, app version if known, and the steps that led to the problem. Screenshots can help after you remove other people’s private information.
Never send passwords, one-time verification codes, full card details or wallet recovery phrases. If you cannot access your account, email from the address associated with it where possible. You do not need to create an account to request help. Emailing us sends a request; opening an email link alone does not submit it.
Safety, unwanted contact and appeals
Use Report on content or an account, and Block for unwanted interaction. You can also email “Safety report” to help@vybez.uk with the content location and reason. See the Community Guidelines for prohibited content, report handling and appeals. For imminent danger, contact emergency services, including 999 or 112 in the UK. Do not send illegal imagery as an attachment.
Payments and marketplace orders
For physical goods, contact the seller and keep your order reference. For payment errors or an unresolved platform issue, email help@vybez.uk with the order ID, date and provider. For Apple-billed purchase refund requests, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Our Marketplace & Payments Policy explains the difference between physical goods and digital gifts. Do not pay again while an existing payment is still being checked.
Account and privacy help
The Account & Data Deletion page explains how to request erasure without installing the app. You can also ask for access, correction or other privacy rights by email. Uninstalling Vybez does not close the account. If your email address has changed, tell us so we can arrange proportionate identity verification securely.
Testing, accessibility and feedback
Vybez for iOS is in testing and does not yet have a public App Store listing. Features may differ between the browser version and test build. Contact help@vybez.uk for testing questions, accessibility issues or feedback. Describe an accessibility barrier and the device or assistive technology involved so we can investigate. Do not assume a screenshot of a planned feature means it is available in your build.
