You must be 17 or older to use Vybez. If your local law requires a higher minimum age for the services here, that age applies. You may not use Vybez if you have previously been permanently banned.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion begins a six-month cooling period, during which signing back in cancels it; after that, your data is permanently deleted.
You must not post, stream, sell or send:
Adults may lawfully drink, smoke or vape on their own live streams. That alone is not a rules violation, but streams remain subject to all other rules and to local law.
Every piece of user content can be reported in-app using the ⚑ button, and any user can be blocked. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or permanently ban accounts. Permanent bans are enforced across devices and you may not create a new account.
Sellers must complete identity verification (KYC) before selling. Buyers, viewers and streamers do not need KYC. Sellers are solely responsible for their listings, item accuracy, delivery, returns, and applicable taxes. Vybez charges no listing, selling, buying, commission or transaction fee on marketplace sales.
Gifts are virtual items with no cash value outside Vybez. They are not refundable except where required by law or by the platform through which you purchased them.
Where a purchase is made through a mobile app store, that store's commission is deducted first (currently 15% under Apple's App Store Small Business Program; Apple's standard rate of up to 30% applies if Vybez is outside that programme). When a creator swaps gifted-token value to cash, the creator receives 69.77% of the gift's face value — Vybez retains a 30% platform share and a flat 0.23% swap fee is applied as part of the payout. Example: a gift with a £9.99 face value pays the creator £6.98.
Loyalty step-up: once a creator has been actively livestreaming on Vybez for 12 months, their share of the net amount rises to 80% (Vybez retains 20%) for gifts received in livestreams from that point on. Eligibility is measured from the creator's first livestream and may require a minimum level of streaming activity; Vybez will confirm eligibility in-app.
Once a payment has cleared with the issuing provider, withdrawal is made available instantly or within 24 hours at most. Withdrawals may be sent to a linked bank account or a crypto wallet address that you provide and control.
A currency-conversion fee of 0.2333333% applies to conversions between crypto and currency, in both directions. The fee is shown before you confirm. Bank transfers without a conversion do not incur this fee. You are responsible for providing a correct wallet address — blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.
Cryptocurrency values are volatile and you may lose money. Vybez does not provide financial or investment advice. Where you connect an external wallet, you retain custody of your keys and you approve every transaction yourself.
Vybez is a marketplace and social platform, not the seller of third-party goods and not the publisher of user content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vybez is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
